About Renovare Healthcare Services Chicago
Compassionate Healthcare Built on Trust, Respect, and Relationships.

Renovare Chicago provides behavioral-health and primary-care services with an approach centered on the whole person.
Mental and physical health often affect one another. Sleep, medications, chronic medical conditions, stress, mood and everyday functioning can all influence how a person feels and responds to treatment.
Renovare’s goal is to understand those connections and provide thoughtful, individualized care rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or symptom.
Care may be available in the Chicago office, through eligible telehealth appointments throughout Illinois, or through home visits for qualifying patients.
Ways to receive care
Our story
Healthcare That Puts People First
Renovare was founded on the belief that healthcare should be compassionate, accessible, and centered around the individual.
Too often, patients feel rushed through appointments or unheard when discussing their concerns. At Renovare, we believe every patient deserves time, attention, and respect.
We take time to understand each patient’s medical history, lifestyle, concerns, and goals before developing a care plan. By focusing on long-term relationships rather than one-time visits, we help patients and families feel more confident throughout their healthcare journey.
Whether you need routine primary care, behavioral health support, geriatric care, nursing services, telehealth, or home-based medical care, our goal remains the same: to provide thoughtful, coordinated healthcare that improves quality of life.
Our mission
Helping Patients Live Healthier, More Independent Lives
Our mission is to provide high-quality healthcare that is compassionate, personalized, and accessible.
We are committed to promoting wellness, managing chronic conditions, supporting mental well-being, and helping older adults maintain their independence through coordinated, patient-centered care.
Every decision we make is guided by one question:
What is in the best interest of our patient?
Our Approach to Care
Renovare was built around a simple idea: patients deserve healthcare that is personal, respectful and understandable.
Care is designed around each patient’s individual symptoms, medical history, medications, previous treatment, daily functioning and goals.
The approach emphasizes:
- Individualized evaluation and treatment planning
- Clear communication about treatment options
- Behavioral and physical-health integration
- Medication education and monitoring
- Patient participation in treatment decisions
- Coordination with other healthcare professionals when needed
No single treatment is right for everyone. Recommendations are based on clinical need, safety and the patient’s individual circumstances.

Olumide Oluwole
MS, MSN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, FPA
Olumide Oluwole is board-certified as both a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner and holds full-practice authority in Illinois.
His combined training in psychiatric and family practice supports an integrated approach to care.
Behavioral-health symptoms do not always occur separately from physical-health concerns. Fatigue, sleep disturbance, concentration difficulties, medication effects and chronic medical conditions can sometimes influence or resemble psychiatric symptoms.
Olumide’s dual clinical background allows these factors to be considered together when appropriate.
His experience also includes caring for medically complex and homebound patients, which supports Renovare’s geriatric and home-based care services.
Olumide earned his Associate Degree in Nursing from Truman College in 1996 before completing his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at North Park University in 2011. He later earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015 and a second Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health across the Lifespan from the University of St. Francis in 2020.
Throughout his career, Olumide has served patients in a variety of healthcare settings, including the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, the Chicago Department of Public Health, Advocate Home Health, and Advocate Advanced Care at Home.
His clinical experience includes caring for patients with chronic medical conditions, behavioral health concerns, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, chronic pain, palliative and end-of-life care needs, depression, anxiety, insomnia, medication management needs, and complex home-based care needs.
As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Olumide believes exceptional healthcare means treating the whole person. He combines evidence-based care with compassion, respect, and open communication to help patients feel heard, supported, and involved in their care.
