We Can Verify Benefits

Our team can review available insurance information before your appointment.

02

Coverage Varies by Service

Benefits may differ for office visits, telehealth, testing, home visits, and advanced treatments.

03

Verification Is Not a Guarantee

Final coverage and patient responsibility are determined by your insurance plan.

Getting ready

Before Your Appointment

When scheduling, please have your current insurance card available.

Renovare may ask for:

  • Insurance company name
  • Member or subscriber ID
  • Group number
  • Policyholder information
  • Referral information, when required
  • A copy of the front and back of your insurance card

Providing accurate insurance information helps us review available benefits and identify whether additional steps may be needed before your appointment.

What Insurance Verification Means

Insurance verification helps determine whether your plan appears active and may provide information about benefits associated with the requested service.

It does not guarantee that your insurance company will pay for the visit, testing, medication, or treatment.

Your final responsibility may depend on:

  • Deductible
  • Copay
  • Coinsurance
  • Network status
  • Prior authorization
  • Medical-necessity requirements
  • Your plan’s specific benefits

If you have questions about your benefits, you may also want to contact your insurance company directly.

Coverage

Coverage may differ by service

Office & Telehealth Visits

Coverage for behavioral-health, primary-care, geriatric, and telehealth appointments depends on your individual plan.

Testing & Home Visits

GeneSight®, home-based medical care, laboratory services, and other testing may have separate coverage rules.

Advanced Treatments

SPRAVATO® and other advanced treatment services may require additional insurance review or prior authorization.

Behavioral Health Services

Insurance benefits for psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ADHD care, depression treatment, anxiety treatment, and telehealth can vary according to your plan.

An ADHD psychiatric evaluation may also be covered differently from psychological, educational, or neuropsychological testing.

Advanced Treatments and Testing

Some services require additional insurance steps.

For example, an insurer may request documentation of previous treatment before authorizing certain advanced therapies.

GeneSight laboratory billing may also be handled separately from Renovare’s professional services.

Coverage or authorization does not guarantee that a particular treatment will ultimately be recommended.

If you do not plan to use insurance, or if a service is not covered, contact Renovare for information about available payment options.
